THE PROCESS and what we do in a nutshell...

• We accept your call and provide quick response to determine what your need to accomplish.  Whether your project is small or large, requires immediate attention or not, we assist quickly to consult with you.

• We promptly schedule a visit to your home to evaluate your project.  If your project requires architectural design we're able to measure and enter data and specifications into our architectural drafting program.  We can deliver a template, canvas of sorts that allows us to creatively consult with you on design.  We can also provide guidance on elements of interior design.  

• Once we understand the task at hand we create a clear written scope of the project and price.  Our job is to value engineer.  In other words we seek to accomplish the project in the most efficient and cost effective manner.  If you are working within a budget... and let's face it who is not, we provide alternatives to work within your means.  We can provide guidance on financing sources as well.   

• An interesting element of our service are projects in relation to PRE-SALE & POST PURCHASE of your current residence.  You may want to position you home for a competitive position before listing.  Or you just settled on your newly purchased residence and you have a list of projects to accomplish.  We address those needs.
