Our services include the the full range of home improvement scope.  However, we take it a number of steps further.  We provide in-house architectural design as well as interior design and staging.  So, in the creative process your decisions are driven proper space considerations (design).  What you see on the cable reality TV shows for home renovations can actually happen within your budget.  Principle Driven... this is most foundational to our company.  Integrity, fairness, clarity, and respect is what you deserve and what you'll receive.  First and foremost these principles and other in that realm drive every action take and every decision we make.

For over 30 years, Tim Gruzs has dedicated his career to the homebuilding industry. He has served in a wide range of positions from operating as a construction manger for national homebuilders and overseeing multiple building projects simultaneously to assisting home seekers with enabling their dream of homeownership.  Tim has a passion for customer service and attention to detail and enjoys delivering these attributes to Manor Venture clients.  Tim states, "Our goal is to help create personalized homes out of houses"
