Manor Ventures provides comprehensive home improvement services from smaller jobs, say a service call to extensive design build projects which includes architectural and interior design.  We collaborate with our clients to determine the most efficient and cost effective means to approach you project.

First and foremost, we provide full service, prompt and courteous.  We suggest that one call will resolve it all.  You have a project or a problem and we'll work with you to establish the solution.  Our approach will implement value engineering to complete the job in the most efficient, cost effective manor with full attention to detail.  No project is deemed too small or too large as we specify in our WHAT IS YOUR PROJECT tab. We are a design/build company so we can provide architectural design services as a part of the project.  This can include professional interior design services.   

At Manor Ventures our passion is home building and residential home improvement and renovation.  We clearly understand that the process of renovating a home in need can require numerous skilled trades and individuals... could be 10-20 or more tradesmen, suppliers, sub-contractors to accomplish a project.  We provide superior project management and oversite to ensure timely, quality completion of the project.  Our suppliers, contractors and trademan are carefully selected, trained and supervised.

For decades the founder of Manor Ventures and our affiliated company, The Pinnacle Real Estate Co. has assisted hundreds of individuals in achieving the dream of homeownership.  Many times obstacles appear to get in the way.  There can be a general misunderstanding of the process to become a homeowner which may seem overwhelming and out of reach.  We patiently teach and educate those who want to own a home.  We flush out the obstacles, overcome them, and methodically prepare you for homeownership.  We then have the unique synergy of utilizing the complementing expertise of both organizations to provide value packed services.
